Two Buffalo cops have been captured and accused of second degree ambush after they pushed a 75-year-old harmony lobbyist to the ground Thursday making him air out his head on the walkway, as several associates assembled outside the city court in solidarity to cheer their discharge without bail.
Aaron Torgalski and Robert McCabe were each accused of one include of attack in the second degree in a court hearing Saturday morning over the stunning occurrence that left quiet dissenter Martin Gugino in a ‘genuine condition’ in emergency clinic.
The cops were summoned in a virtual court hearing where the two of them argued not blameworthy to the charges and the two cops avoided the perspective on the camera.
They each face as long as seven years in jail whenever indicted for the class D crime. They were discharged without bail and will show up back in court on July 20.
